Housekeeping quality needs improvement!!! Certain rooms lack basic comforts like microwaves and controllable fridges. A chaotic check-in experience with room assignment issues left a sour taste. The fitness center is small and outdated.

And the location was perfect for my events, really convenient access. I loved the modern lobby with the fireplace, it was inviting. Plus, the friendly staff made my stay even better. I appreciated having a desk to get some work done, and all the streaming services available were a huge plus.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious King Room with Sofa Bed, perfect for a relaxing time. The unexpected warmth of the pool made for a pleasant dip, even if the elevator felt a bit rickety at times. I would love to return next time I travel through the U.S.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed for 4 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the dark curtains that kept the room nice and dark for sleeping in. They had Netflix available, which was perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The exercise room had decent equipment too, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine while I was there.
